4. Pricing, Errors, and Availability

The Sangemarmar reserves the right to:

  • Cancel orders arising from incorrect pricing or information.
  • Limit quantities per customer, household, or order.
In such cases, the sole liability shall be a refund of the amount actually received, if applicable, and nothing further.

5. Order Acceptance and Finality

Placement of an order does not constitute acceptance.
An order shall be deemed accepted only upon dispatch.
Once accepted:
  • Orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed.
  • No refunds shall be issued except strictly as stated in the Return & Refund Policy.
Failure to accept delivery or refusal of shipment does not create any refund entitlement.

  • Is not responsible for gateway errors, downtime, or transaction failures
Any dispute regarding payment must be raised directly with the payment service provider.

7. Shipping, Delivery, and Delays

Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Delays caused by:
  • Courier partners
  • Customs authorities
  • Natural events
  • Regulatory actions
  • Force majeure conditions
shall not give rise to cancellation, refund, compensation, or damages of any kind.

8. No Compensation and Limitation of Remedy

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that:
  • No compensation shall be payable for delays, variations, inconvenience, or perceived loss.
  • No claims for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages shall lie.
Your sole and exclusive remedy, if any, shall be limited strictly to remedies expressly stated in the Return & Refund Policy.
