At The Sangemarmar, every product is carefully handcrafted and packed with attention to detail to ensure it reaches you safely. Please read our shipping and delivery policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 5–7 working days after order confirmation. This timeline may vary for made-to-order or customised products, which will be communicated separately.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch are as follows:
  • Within India: 3–10 business days
  • International Orders: 7–21 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, courier partner, customs clearance (for international orders), and other external factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

Domestic Orders (India):
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may be offered on select orders or during promotional periods.
International Orders:
  • International shipping is provided at no additional cost unless otherwise noted. However, customs duties, import taxes, or local charges imposed by the destination country are not included and must be borne by the customer.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number (AWB) along with courier details via email or SMS. You can track your shipment directly on the courier partner’s website.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our logistics partners usually attempt delivery up to three times. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, the recipient's unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the shipment may be returned to us.
In such cases, re-shipping or refunds will be handled at our discretion.

6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including pin code and contact number. The Sangemarmar is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees as per the destination country’s regulations. These charges are not collected by The Sangemarmar and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
If an international order is returned due to unpaid customs duties or refusal, no refund will be issued.

8. Delays & Force Majeure

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to courier issues, customs clearance, natural calamities, government regulations, or other circumstances beyond our control. Such delays do not qualify for cancellations or refunds.
